Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all spice products sold by Ceylera are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following information in your message:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
This information helps us quickly review and resolve the issue. Once we review the issue, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
If a return is required for an approved issue, customers may be asked to send the product back to the address provided by us. Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
