Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method, order weight, and total quantity of items in the order.
For local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), a flat delivery fee starting at $6 may apply depending on your location and the size or volume of the order.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping carrier, and the total weight or quantity of products included in the order.
The final shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery times:
- Greater Toronto Area: 1โ9 business days
- Ontario: 2โ10 business days
- Canada-wide: 3โ14 business days

Shipping Delays
Ceylera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided and the order cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
